Participation

Your path to TrueKnee.

A clear starting point. A prepared team. Shared responsibility for what comes next.

1. Review your fit

You provide your credentials, current technique and practice details. The TrueKnee team reviews your application and discusses the participation commitments with you. An assessment starts the conversation; it does not approve or certify a surgeon.

2. Prepare your team

Your practice names a Navigator, a backup and the clinician responsible for escalation. Together, confirm training, service hours, records transfer, planning review and follow-up responsibilities. The surgeon reviews clinical information and approves the surgical plan.

TrueKnee provides education and coordination tools. Your practice provides the people, clinical oversight and capacity to deliver the agreed service.

3. Launch with clarity

Before activation, confirm the surgeon profile, patient information, contact route, coverage and the services actually available. Agree how your team will review missed handoffs, patient feedback and outcomes.

Profile pages, patient education and office invitation materials support your launch. Participation does not guarantee referrals, case volume or national promotion. Fees and service scope should be confirmed in the participation discussion.

Keep improving

Use the curriculum and case resources to refine your technique. Discuss opportunities for mentorship and case review with the team. The proposed clinical framework sets out documentation, initial case review and ongoing assessment; reviewer assignments, thresholds and renewal requirements remain to be established.

What is available. What is developing.

  • Available resources: the public curriculum, reference library, participation criteria and application.
  • Practice tools: preparation, coordination and collection workflows have been built. Access, training, coverage and service activation are confirmed for each practice.
  • Clinical certification: the proposed review framework is not a completed certification system. A directory listing is not evidence of that assessment.
  • Navigator readiness: training tools do not by themselves establish staffing, coverage or certification. Confirm these before activation.
  • Research: collection tools are distinct from research enrollment. Enrollment is not open; protocols, permissions and oversight must be established.
  • Participation: the current agreement is with the individual surgeon. Practice readiness is separate; it is not a claim of practice certification. You can request a conversation through the public application route.
