YOUR PRACTICE

TrueKnee for your practice.

A TrueKnee is six things a patient receives. This is the other side of it: what your office uses before a patient arrives, while they prepare, and after surgery. One sign-in for the surgeon and the office, and nothing to install.

The practice where a TrueKnee surgeon practises keeps its own name and is a TrueKnee Center. The agreement is with each surgeon, never the practice, and a center almost always starts with one. The TrueKnee Centers ↗

BEFORE

A patient finds you, and arrives prepared.

  1. Your TrueKnee page

Your photo, your practice, your commitments, and one button that starts a patient’s record with you already chosen. A card with a code for the office; print the page and the card prints by itself.

    Live

  2. Invite a patient

The message to send from your own phone or email, the card, and, with the patient in front of you, one text from TrueKnee carrying your page. Nothing else is sent from TrueKnee.

    Live

  3. Ask to connect

A patient on your page can ask for a call. A TrueKnee Navigator calls back within one business day and introduces them to your office. No text goes to the patient or to you.

    Live

  4. Patients who arrive prepared

Fit Score, questions and goals, imaging and consent in one record, carried into your office with the patient’s permission. No clipboard, no duplicate intake.

    Live

DURING

The record does the remembering.

  1. Your TrueKnee week

Seven days of your own record every time you open the workspace: who chose you, who is having surgery, who asked for a call, what was reached. Your own cases only, counted live, compared with no one.

    Live

  2. Quiet records

A patient who stops touching the record is the one the process loses. Three weeks deciding, ten days preparing, four days recovering, and the record names them to you and to the Navigator. Nothing is texted; a person looks.

    Live

  3. The readiness ladder

Every clearance and confirmation counts back from the surgery date, with its due day, its colour and what is still open. The patient hears one text at a time about the one thing that is theirs to do.

    Live

  4. Appointments and visit reports

Dates proposed and confirmed, the pre-visit report your office receives, and the receipt your office records. Clinical review stays in your own workflow.

    Live

  5. A Navigator your practice runs

A certified member of your staff, with a desk, an inbox and backup coverage, handling the non-clinical arrangements. TrueKnee trains and certifies; your practice chooses and supervises.

Certification and desk built; the phone line awaits carrier approval

  6. TrueKnee 3D

The plan of the patient’s knee, in the knee’s own frame, reviewed and approved by you before surgery, with a cut sheet to print.

Built; begins with the first TrueKnee surgeries

AFTER

Recovery, outcomes, and the Standard kept.

  1. Check-ins and the red-flag handoff

Recovery check-ins become the patient’s Recovery Score. A same-day or emergency answer wakes the patient’s Navigator, who opens the case with your clinical line by phone. TrueKnee never pages your office.

    Live

  2. Your outcomes, collected for you

KOOS JR at its windows, collected from your patients by their record and held in a registry you can examine. Nothing is published per surgeon without you.

Collection built; publication waits for the first cohort

  3. The Standard, measured

What the record can show against the eight criteria, surgeon by surgeon, with no data said as no data: timely access, records released, recovery check-ins, registry operations. The TrueKnee team reads it; your row is yours to ask for.

    Live for the TrueKnee team

  4. Return to life

The goals a patient stated before surgery come back as “what you wanted back”, marked reached one honest line at a time, and an invitation to tell their story.

    Live

What is asked in return.

Eight criteria, confirmed at application: more than 200 joints a year, AAHKS membership, fellowship training, five years in practice, the TrueKnee technique, shared operative notes and X-rays, the TrueKnee recovery program, and timely access. Nothing here is a promise of patients or volume. Read the eight criteria ↗
