Fellowship trained, carefully selected, and bound by the Standard.
The first TrueKnee surgeons are being designated; the finder marks each one who has agreed to the criteria.
Who qualifies
A TrueKnee surgeon is fellowship trained in joint replacement and experienced in it. Each one agrees in writing to the criteria that uphold the Standard: to perform the TrueKnee technique as defined, to follow the TrueKnee recovery program for every TrueKnee patient, to share your operative record with you and the TrueKnee Institute with your permission, and to offer you a consultation within 14 days of your request and a surgery date within 30 days of confirming you are ready.
You choose; your surgeon decides with you
The finder lists every TrueKnee surgeon with a public-records profile, alongside every other knee surgeon in the country. You choose whom to see. At the consultation your anatomy, your goals and the plan come together, and your surgeon decides with you whether a TrueKnee fits. Choosing a surgeon in the finder does not confirm an appointment or a practice’s acceptance of your case; the practice confirms that.
