What the $3,000 includes.
The TrueKnee program, your 3D plan, your Navigator and the TrueKnee recovery program, is $3,000, paid to your practice when you enroll. Cancel any time before your operation and the full $3,000 is returned.
Included
- Your TrueKnee Navigator. A named person in your surgeon’s office, trained by TrueKnee, who handles the arrangements from your decision through your recovery.
- Your 3D Knee Plan. Made from the scan your surgeon orders and approved by your surgeon before surgery. The scan itself is billed like any other imaging.
- The TrueKnee recovery program. Education timed to the day you are on, check-ins that become your Recovery Score, and a clear answer on who to call.
- Your Voyage in one place. Your KneePrint, your Fit Score, your Readiness Score, your goals and your records, kept together and yours to keep.
- A defined ending. The goals you named before surgery, marked when you reach them, and a close to your Voyage instead of a quiet taper.
Not what you are paying for
- Faster access to your surgeon or a place ahead of other patients
- A promise of any particular result
- Medical advice, which stays with your surgeon and care team
- Your surgery, hospital or scan costs, which are billed as usual
Your surgeon’s, hospital’s and insurance costs are separate, and so is the CT scan for your 3D plan, which your surgeon orders and the imaging center bills like any other imaging. Online enrollment is not open yet and no payment is collected on this website. Navigator availability and the service terms are confirmed with you before you enroll.
What this is not
Your Voyage organizes what happens around your surgery; it is not medical care. Your surgeon and care team make every medical decision, and their instructions come first. Recovery varies from person to person, every knee replacement carries risks, and nothing here promises a particular result.
