A plan made from a scan of your own knee, in your knee’s own frame of reference, and approved by your surgeon before surgery.
Begins with the first TrueKnee surgeries.
From a scan, not from an X-ray angle
Your surgeon orders a CT scan of your knee at an imaging centre that follows the TrueKnee scan protocol, billed like any other imaging and separately from the program. Planning software measures the angles of your thigh bone and shin bone, the slope of your shin bone’s top surface, and the size and position of each implant part from your own bone, not from the angle an X-ray happened to be taken at.
One exact version
Your surgeon reviews the plan, changes what needs changing, and approves one exact version. You receive it with a plain-language explanation of what each measurement means for your knee, and it becomes part of your record.
