OPTIONAL VOYAGE SUPPORT

Your Voyage.
Support when you choose.

The questions before an appointment. The ride home. The person you want beside you. A good experience makes room for all of it.

Your questions, saved results, records, phase tools and recovery tracking are part of your Voyage. Personal coordination is a separate, optional service to discuss after connecting with your practice.

Make yourself at home ↗

Before you decide

  • Review which services are additional to your usual care.
  • Confirm who provides them, their availability and response expectations.
  • Review the start and end dates, full price, cancellation terms and refund policy.
  • Choose whether to enroll before any additional paid work begins.

Declining or cancelling optional support leaves your Voyage and access to your saved information available. Signup, a Fit Score, a surgeon connection and research participation do not create a payment obligation.

THE TRUEKNEE APPROACH

Anatomy-focused care. Support through recovery.

TrueKnee aims to restore your knee’s native anatomy through personalized planning, a defined surgical technique, data-informed care, a structured recovery protocol, and personal concierge support.

  1. Planning

Understand your anatomy, goals and available imaging with your surgeon before choosing a plan.

  2. Surgical technique

A surgeon-led approach that aims to restore native anatomy. Your surgeon determines the appropriate technique for your knee.

  3. Data

Record your experience and measure progress over time to inform follow-up and ongoing improvement.

  4. Defined recovery protocol

Clear education, milestones, questionnaires and follow-up, coordinated with the instructions from your clinical team.

  5. Concierge service

A personal Guide helps with practical arrangements, questions and follow-through within your agreed service scope.

Your care plan is individual. Guide availability and service scope are confirmed before support begins.

MEET THE ROLE

Your Guide.
Personal by design.

Your Guide is a trained member of your doctor’s office. They help organize the next step, follow through on unfinished details and keep you informed. A patient-authorized backup can continue that support when your Guide is away. TrueKnee tracks the next steps and prepares updates for your Guide to review.

Your Guide works with instructions supplied by your practice. Medical questions, test interpretation, treatment decisions and medical clearance remain with your surgeon and clinical team.

Share what matters to you ↗

Guide services are being introduced. Practice staff, backup coverage and service hours must be confirmed before support begins. AI drafting is activated separately; human responses follow office hours. Paid enrollment is not open yet. Before choosing a program, review the exact services, named team, service dates, total price and refund policy with your practice. No payment is taken here.

THREE CHAPTERS. ONE PERSONAL SPACE.

01 / DECIDING

Start with
your questions.

Help prepare your Fit Score summary and available X-rays for your first visit, arrange the appointment, gather your questions and coordinate surgery scheduling after you and your surgeon decide to proceed.

With your permission, your Guide helps arrange delivery of your report and questions to the office before the visit and follows up on receipt. Choosing to wait or take another path is respected.

02 / PREPARING

Make space
for peace of mind.

Help you use the educational tools, complete your Readiness Score and coordinate pre-operative appointments, testing and paperwork so your office has the information it needs.

Your Guide follows up on missing information and office confirmations. Your clinical team confirms medical readiness.

03 / RECOVERING

Keep sight of
what matters.

Help arrange your first follow-up, get your concerns and goals to the office before the visit, and keep your scheduled recovery questionnaires on track.

Patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) record your experience over time. Clinical concerns go to your care team promptly; do not wait for a follow-up visit or questionnaire.

THE THOUGHTFUL DETAILS

A little less to carry.

A welcome that starts with you

Save the name you use, your preferred way to connect, a good time to call and the moments you are looking forward to.

Your practice, within reach

Guide teams record a verified office contact, a direct surgeon contact and an after-hours route. Patient-visible numbers require permission from the practice. Until confirmed, use the clinical contacts your practice has already given you.

Getting there. Getting home.

Request practical help with transport, appointments, home arrangements and equipment logistics. Purchases and third-party services are arranged only after their details and costs are confirmed.

The people you trust

Ask for help coordinating with a family member or support person. Specific consent and identity verification are required before sharing information; adding a request does not give anyone access to your account.

A clear next update

Follow each request from saved to being arranged, waiting for the practice, arranged or completed. See the Guide’s update and next follow-up time when one has been set.

Your record travels with you

Keep the assessments, records, imaging, practice-sharing permissions, preparation tools, recovery check-ins and outcome records already available in Voyage. Your Guide does not automatically gain medical-record access.
